:: 3D CARVING

For conservators of relics, architects, interior decorators - internal mould and external, bas-reliefs, sculptures, ornaments, stencils;

As the only producer in Poland, we possess newest generation device, which makes possible carving in 3D and engraving of any three dimensional objects in materials, that submits to thermal processing, such as EPS, XPS, or polyurethane foam. This device is controlled automatically by computer, through digital steering of working parameters we can guarantee highest speed of cut at largest precision of work - even to 0,2 mm .
Range of work of carving is: 100 cm x 100 cm.

To perform three-dimensional detail we don’t need any expensive form, whether work of an artist, the picture or drawing is enough, scan, also drawing in CorelDraw, AutoCad (and different), then after digital processing we get three-dimensional project, that coupling with machine creates sculptured three-dimensional product.

We produce sculptures and bas-reliefs, internal mould and external (rosettes, decors and architectural details) from EPS, which are covered with strengthen meshes and stucco. Our projects in 100% imitate their originals from stone, woods, whether metal. They are light, easy in assembly, and the material permits onto wealth of details and, most important, cost of production guarantees its low price.

Model, form or prototype, it reconstructs shapes of original object, also shapes of auxiliary elements, enabling casting of object. Models are often made from woods or metal, seldom from cement, plaster or wax. Yet, through usage of our device, considerably it is more simple, and realization is the cheaper solution of such prototype, or finished model, from EPS. This way it is possible to execute both: model of casting form, and casted object (that is negative and positive), and also every prototype of details and applied elements in different branches of industry.
